Most Ethics & Compliance training given to Partners, Intermediaries, Agents, Manufacturers, Suppliers, etc consists of giving a PowerPoint presentation.  Usually, this is done once per year by a team that flies out from Corporate to travel the World dropping into offices and giving training.  Usually, this is given in English and only rarely would the slides actually be in local language.  At best, the presenter may be able to capture about 25% of the Partners and, at best, about 1 hour is all the attention you will get.  Most leave with more questions than answers.  Most Partners attend to tick the box and sign an attendance sheet.
